Let it breathe. Let it go. Surrender.

In acting there is this idea of public solitude- appearing private in public. Surrendering yourself to the vulnerability that is the present moment, so that each of your movements mime poetry. Your artistic heartbeat synchronizes with every action and every emotion.

When you reach this stillness- this alignment of your inner world with your outer world- the truth of your being manifests. On stage, this state of being allows for the most authentic form of human expression- the personification of emotion. Off stage, this liberation from your egoic guidance and judgements allow your innermost desires and visions to become palpable.

The key is to trust the present moment. Live through your passions, do that which will bring you into being in love and a being of love.
